Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Manage the development/building process in Microsoft Project Pro
  • Subcontractor management of agreements, pay apps, insurance certificates and schedules of value
  • Support of all field construction personnel
  • Review and update of all budgets 
  • Update tasks and add new tasks in Project Pro 365 as they occur
  • Management of bids
  • Assist in acquiring professionals for each development through coordination with the VP of Construction & Development
  • Provide help in the sales contract management

 Qualifications

  • College degreed preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the building industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Project Pro 365 
  • Experience in process management
  • Ability to read blueprints from engineers and architects a plus
  • Knowledge of development and construction
  • Management of tasks utilizing Microsoft Outlook
